CME manages its business on a geographical basis. This enables us to better execute our operating model of leading television networks so they are more responsive to local preferences.

Our revenues are primarily generated through the sale of advertising on our 26 television channels through entering into agreements with advertisers, advertising agencies and sponsors to place advertising. We generate additional revenues by collecting fees from cable and DTH operators for carriage of our channels.

We develop and produce content for our television channels, and our content is also consumed through subscription- and advertising-based platforms online.
